Chicken breasts
1 cucumber
2 limes
1 tomato
1 red onion
1/4 cup banana peppers
Cook and season chicken with salt and pepper (oven bake or cook on skillet)
chop up cucumber, tomato, and onion
put chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, peppers in bowl
add garlic powder and squeeze fresh lime over veggies
top cooked chicken with the veggie mix
can serve over rice or mashed potatoes
